What a delight it was to work with Sissy Deane! She has all the qualities that I look for in a Real Estate agent. She is very familiar with the Coastal Bend area and was able to help us find the perfect spot on the Island. We met with her after work and explained to her that we had a short fuse. That same evening she sent us several prospects and immediately set up appointments. We were able to close on our dream house well before our deadline. Sissy was very amiable and patient with all our questions and quick to respond to all our requests. Plus she was a tremendous advocate when it came to negotiating the final deal. I recently had to sell some property after my dad passed away and the agent did not come to closing because of Covid. So I was pleasantly surprised that Sissy made it a point to come to closing. That pretty well sums up Sissy- she is over-the-top and exceeded all my expectations!

Sissy helped my parents find a home they loved so I knew who to call when it was my turn to buy a home. My husband and I had a great experience with her! She made everything as easy as possible and really took care of us as first time home buyers. We can’t say enough good things about her! Will be sending anyone who needs an amazing realtor to her.

Sissy was very knowledgeable of the entire process and ready helped out a lot more than I expected especially since I was out of town. Very respectful and responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommended.
